By accessing or using Free OCR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

Free OCR provides document extraction services. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary PaperMaker OCR engine.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Eonix Technologies and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Free OCR, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
